- Step 1Combine the maple syrup, orange juice, pepper and ginger in a jug. Season with salt. Heat oil in large frying pan over medium heat. Add pork. Cook for 2 mins each side or until golden. Add maple syrup mixture. Cook, turning once, for 3 mins or until sauce thickens slightly.
- Step 2Meanwhile, cook the rice following packet directions. Transfer to a bowl. Stir in the chilli and coriander. Season.
- Step 3Serve pork and rice with broccolini.
